• The HardFace Pro range combines an energy-efficient induction base with a highly heat-resistant Ceratec° coating, producing improved HardFace Pro performance. The products benefit from highly efficient heat conduction, guaranteeing an even and attractive frying result.

• The products included in the range are particularly well suited to frying meat, where high temperatures are a must. The novelty factor that distinguishes these products is the use of the ceramic Ceratec° coating on both the inner and the outer surface of the aluminium body. The Ceratec° coating withstands extreme heat and the use of metal kitchen implements, but not sharp objects or cutting.
