Baking tins

The tins should be washed with a litlle washing-up liquid before using them for the first time. Remove all the packaging and any labels. Only use plastic or wooden utensils, as metal utensils and other sharp objects will damage the non-stick coating. Normal washing-up liquid is fine for washing the baking tins. (Abrasive cleaners and scourers can scratch the coating and hence destroy its non-stick properties). Not dishwashersafe. For the best results brush with a small amount of cooking oil.
