  • The unique new ceramic Ceratec° is designed for heavy frying. The frying performance of the products rivals that of cast iron pans. It also withstands the use of metal kitchen implements, but not cutting or sharp objects.
  • The products in the Matador range withstand heat well. The Ceratec° coating resists high temperatures and it is also suitable for flambéing. Adding a good amount of oil or fat to the pan before frying guarantees the best frying result and the tastiest food. Adjust the hob temperature to suit the food that you are frying.
