Care instructions

Wash the pan with a mild detergent before using it for the first time. Wash the pan immediately after use. Use plastic, wooden or metal utensils. Do not overheat the pan. Temperatures of over 250 C will damage the coating. Put some fat or water into the pan before you start frying. The pan is ready when the fat is golden brown or the water has evaporated. Reduce the temperature as soon as the food starts frying.

Avoid storing food in coated pans.

Hackman coatings do not contain PFOA.
