Care instructions
Enamelled cast iron cookware
Parts
Cast iron cookware can also be coated with enamel. The enamel protects products from rust and strengthens their surface.
Use wooden or plastic kitchen utensils. Sharp objects and steel wool as well as scouring sponges or scouring agents can damage the enamel. Treat the inside surface of an enamelled pot with cooking oil from time to time. When selecting the size of the pot, choose one that you will fill 3/4 full. Small portions in a big pot can dry out as they cook too fast. Heat the wok before adding oil and stir food all the time. To get the best results, fry and cook on low heat.
