Pia Törnell

Pia Törnell trained at the Konstfack in Stockholm. Today she is one of the most respected designers in Sweden. Pia has completed several commissions for Rörstrand (the Convito tableware collection and Pia mugs), but has also worked for Arabia (Tilda tableware) and Hackman (the Value range). She has won several international design prizes, among them the Design Plus prize in 1998 and 2001.
